For this revolutionary new boot, Blundstone worked with the University of Tasmania’s School of Health Science’s Biomechanics experts. The result is radically new from the ground up. 

All components in the construction of the RotoFlex range have been researched, tested and trialed to ensure better performing safety footwear.

• Premium waterproof leather upper* and sealed seams.
• Lined with 200g of Thinsulate™ to retain body heat.
• CSA Grade 1 broad-fitting composite toe cap by FORTALITE, allowing less transmission of heat and cold.
• Uniquely constructed zoned airflow footbed provides full-body cushioned comfort.
• GRIPTEK® ULTRA COLD rubber outsole designed for optimum grip and stability down to −20°C.
• Metal-free penetration-resistant insole.
• Rubber toe guard protection.
• Airport friendly.

*Leathers referred to as waterproof are routinely tested for resistance to water penetration up to 12,000 / 15,000 flexes using one of the following SATRA test methods: TM171 using SATRA STM703 Bally penetrometer (or equivalent) or TM34 using SATRA STM606D Maeser type WR tester (or equivalent).
