Bigley’s Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Bigley Shoes & Clothing are pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be a final sale on all jewellry and bathing suits.
Online purchases can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your credit card account.
If you wish to return your online store purchase in-store, you will have up to 14 days to return unworn merchandise in its original package, along with the receipt. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made.
Please allow us up to 5 days from the time we receive the returned online product to credit your account. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received the returned items.
In any case that Bigley's may offer free online shipping promotions, the customer will be responsible for payment of shipping on returns.
We cannot guarantee all the products listed on our web site are currently in stock. If any item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you. If the item is still available, you can decide if you would like a refund or if you wish to wait until the item is restocked.
